Twelve Days

A collection of Byzantine Chant in English from every day of the Church’s observance of the Twelve Days of Christmas spanning the Nativity to Theophany. This 25th Anniversary CD of the Boston Byzantine Choir features 13 new compositions by the hand of Dr. Jessica Suchy-Pilalis written specifically for this recording. For the celebration of both major feasts, it also includes the Polyeleos and the Hierarchical Anti-Trisagion, “As Many of You As Were Baptized.” The 80 minute CD comes with liner notes and full hymn text in English.
